I have got a room that was not possible to lock with the key. I called the host and told about the issue. The host blamed me straight away and said it was my fault. I maid even a video to demonstrate the problem but that was not interesting for the host. She suggested another room with lower quality for the same price.
At the end I could not leave my belongings in the room because it was not possible to lock it.

One of the cheapest accommodations in the city. We rented a room for two. I was small, but clean. Bed was good. Toilet and shower was right near the room. We didn’t see any other people :)
